Our updated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, is the perfect space, for the chef in your family, to enjoy preparing delicious meals. The 1st floor bedroom has a comfy king sized bed, spacious closet, and Roku smart TV. On the second floor you’ll find 3 bedrooms. The large primary bedroom features its own balcony and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed and the third bedroom features two twins beds and a full. The top floor is where the kids will love hanging out, playing games, and watching their shows. Three arcade games, foosball and toys. It also includes a queen-size pull-out couch and futon. The backyard of this property has enough room to swim and enjoy some tropical drinks beside your private pool. The tiki bar and large table are a great place to eat meals. Several backyard games are provided to entertain your group. And when you are finished taking a dip, you can wash off using the outdoor shower. Other things to note: Pool can be heated in Jan and Feb for $25 a day (Spring and Summer are included) Please let us know 2 days ahead of arrival so we can heat it up. Disclaimer: The heater is electric and does not work effectively if the air temp is below 55 degrees. For guest safety, property security, and liability reasons, the home is equipped with exterior security cameras: one located on the left side of the property monitoring the beach equipment area, and one overlooking the pool. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private spaces.
